Lucy Hornsby is a Change & Communication Consultant, Facilitator, and ICF-qualified Group Coach with over 15 years working inside large-scale corporate transformations.


She's worked with Harrods, Selfridges, BT, Charlotte Tilbury, John Lewis, Virgin Media O2 and more. She's seen what happens when programmes lose their way and she's seen what's possible when the right conversations finally happen.
